The Bucks did way too much dribbling and not enough passing like the more recent games which lead to more successful shooting.

Mentally I was worried about Redd's performance. I would have like to see more than 3 field goal attempts in his 11 minutes. He played with so much hesitation especially in the 4th qtr. Hopefully, he won't be so conscious of trying to mix with the Jennings led Bucks that he makes that hesitation a habit. But, I was happy to see Redd drain that 3 in the fourth quarter, I wish they would have fed him more after that to see if he had got some of the rust off and confidence back.

I think the Bucks are as good as predicted, but only when they are healthy. Last year, when they were healthy, they were a good team (before Jennings). An injury to Bogut is harder to overcome than an injury to ANY other player on the team. Essentially every year the Bucks are injury prone. Its heartbreaking to see that the Bucks just don't get that opportunity to show how good they are. We get coined a bad team on the previous season where our 2 best players are sidelined more than 50% of the games. If they took into consideration where we were when everyone was healthy the Bucks would be a playoff competitor most years. The Bucks bench is deep and they are a really good team when they are healthy. Regardless injury happens, but these games are not at all a reflection of how good or bad the Bucks are. Maybe more on the good end, because them winning games without LRMAM, Redd, and Bogut is remarkable. Take 3 starters out of any roster and their going to miss the playoffs, and if 2 of them are the teams best players, they fall to the bottom of the conference.

Great analysis, I watched every second and agree with everything you said.

It's just one game. Redd was rusty as anything, Gadz picked up some unfortunate fouls because he had to deal with TIM DUNCAN, and Jennings faced the toughest defense he's ever had to deal with. It's not panic time.

Nick - Agreed, it wasn't very good. I don't know what Jennings has to do to get a trip to the line, but I'm operating under the assumption that the ridiculous NBA officials are making him put in time before they allow him to get there. Pretty insane.

Though ultimately I feel the Bucks would have gotten the loss tonight regardless, some mention has to be made of the officiating. I'm fairly confident we couldn't glance at a Spurs player wrong or it would turn into a shooting foul, and conversely, Tony Parker can throw Brandon Jennings to the ground on a loose ball and there's no call. Simply ridiculous.
