Matter of fact the best trade right now is probably

Wizards: Drew Gooden
Bucks: Joe Alexander and Francisco Elson

Not that I'm a Drew Gooden fan, but thats got to be worth something to both parties.

The biggest loss for the Bucks would be Ridnour. If Ridnour and Bell were both traded, the Bucks would actually probably look to get a point guard from somewhere, maybe in a smaller deal involving KT or Hak'. The emergency PG right now is Bell and if both he and Ridnour are on the move it'd leave the Bucks awfully slim. Ridnour has been so good, Milwaukee almost needs to consider bringing him back at half price next year, which is still a lot for a backup PG.

I think Gooden will land with a championship contender ... or the Spurs. I like the way Indiana is playing their hand right now though, no need to rush.

Good analysis, but I think the Bucks would be extremely foolish to make the trade above. They would be losing 4 rotation guys with good chemistry for 2 rotation guys with no chemistry. Depth at all positions is compromised and subject to a single injury the Bucks risk comprising their season and future.

Bucks offer whatever from the pool of: Warrick, Thomas, Alexander, Meeks, Elson, Gadz, Ridnour (as a last resort and only if they don't plan to re-sign him)
Ind: Murphy, (and maybe Rush)

Or better yet, get a third team involved.

Indiana is standing firm and making demands until the Cavs and other teams take their offers off the table. Otherwise, Washington would take a pick of those characters for Jamison. Signing Drew Gooden for a 1 or 2 year deal after the Wizards waive him is the last option at strengthing their front court.

They should trade KT or Warrick for Denver's first round pick.
