Seasons Greetings from Bucksketball! Now that the dust has settled and the fruit cake recipes are stashed for next year, we can focus again on Bucks basketball. During Christmas week,  the Bucks (un)officially changed their slogan from “Work Hard, Play Hard” to “Any Given Night”. After being dismantled by a sorry, equally injured Blazer team last Monday, the Bucks handed the defending champs their worst loss of the season Tuesday. Let’s not forget the Bucks present to us all on Thursday, the completion of a 2-1 West Coast trip after squeaking one out against the Kings. So while the streets may be frozen, the Internets are heating up. Let’s discuss over a warm cup of Buck Hits.

Looking Ahead

The Rest
Take a look at an interesting, lengthy pre-injury interview with Brandon Jennings with Tuff Stuff Magazine. Jennings has previously made it known that he felt snubbed when he didn’t receive an invitation to try out for the Olympic team last year. In this interview, Jennings tells us why, “I’d have liked to have gotten a tryout and been in Vegas and been around all those great players.”
Frank at Brewhoop ponders the Bucks rough offense, reminding us all that we relied heavily on 35 year old Earl Boykins to win the last two out in California.
While Frank may not believe in the offense, Keyon Dooling is starting to believe in the chemistry of the team.
More positivity coming from the Journal Sentinel, an article reminding us how far Bogut has come since last April.
Power Rankings
A very slow ascent for the Bucks, Charles Gardner lifts the team to 16th in his rankings.
John Hollinger’s daily ranking system has the Bucks ranked 15th today. First page, folks, first page!
NBA.com has the Bucks ranked 19th this week.
