Slow couple of days for Bucks camp. The team watched the Pacers go an additional 1/2 game up in the Race to the 8th with a win against the Pacers. The playoff picture could change drastically tonight, with the Bucks at home against Sacramento, a (hopefully) very winnable game. Just as important is the matchup down in Charlotte, where the Bobcats play host to Indiana. A win for the ‘Cats and Bucks would put both teams only one game out of the 8th and last seed. That said, it’ll be an uphill battle for Charlotte, as they will most likely be Steven Jackson-less.
The Redd alert continues as both ESPN and JSOnline are reporting that Mike could play on Friday or Saturday. That said, suiting up and playing are two drastically different things in Scott Skiles’ house. It’ll be interesting to see how this all plays out, no doubt.
Carlos Delfino is feeling good after his torrid play in the last two games.
Alex over at Brew Hoop is asking Bucks fans which team they want to see Milwaukee play should they squeak into the playoffs. I voted Chicago, but I formally retract said vote after remembering the 80/20 fan split in favor of the Bulls last time they came to town.
John Hollinger doesn’t have much faith in the Bucks after picking them to finish fourth in the East during the preseason. He now has Milwaukee pegged with a <15% chance of making the playoffs.
