Hi Ted,

I’m probably wrong about it, no big deal. He’s clever, I’ll grant him, perhaps to make up for a lack of explosivness or something. I thought as the year came to a close, coach chose to play him less and less in crunch time, starting like a month remaining? Perhaps I’m positing that he played for statistics last year in order to get a new contact from the highest bidder? As if I were in his position, I would.

If Skiles lost faith in him, that may be one reason he’s doubtful or lacking focus. Like, “why did the organization pay me so much, and then not use my services?” He’s not playing real well, you may admit, especially now and probably for the next game. Maybe you have a guess to share?

I hope he does get to playing better of course. He’s a durable, steady guy – just for the long regular season though. When it absolutely counts, like six minutes left, he’s not quick enough. Who do you like finishing the game, when the contest is won or lost usually? My list was mentioned earlier. Thanks for writing. Take care. (Is there a way to be signaled about the replies?)

So you are suggesting that Ersan just happened to have rebounds luckily fall into his lap for the entire season? Must have been quite the coincidence for him to be in the top 10 in Offensive Rebounding in the NBA.

Oh and being in the top 10 in the league for advanced statistics such as win shares per 48 mins and Offensive Rating. And being 1st or 2nd on the Bucks team in every Major Advanced Statistical Category…Also he just by chance was the 2nd best 3 point shooter in the NBA last year…yeah I’d say he was definitely the weak link on that roster.

Thanks for asking. Ersan last year, this year, there’s no gumption in him. He’s slithery for rebounds, acting during the possession as the underdog. He’s not going to jump high, so he’s learned to keep that flattened nose in there for the ricochet. His boyish, handsome looks happened to be at the right place near the right person for a big paycheck for a long long time, which surprised me, because I was sure he should be moved away. I bet he was a bit miffed too. Did I hear he is not sleeping well? That could be anything of course, but he reminds me of players like the big “warrior” with the Wolves. I guess they are from circumstances where their shortened attention stops at money. (God forgive me for saying that.)

Lots of people were saying Ersan filled in last year OK. This league is so talented, though, that one has to be faster, dribble well, generally be like a point guard at 6’10″. When a shot comes off the rim, I lose sight of Ersan. He’s chosen a demeanor to elicit sympathy or maybe pitty, and I think that means he’s already gone back home.? What will he do with this basketball interest for 2 or 3 or 4 more years!

I guess Im a little hard on him but I don’t think 9-25 and 6 asts in 49 minutes is really that stellar of a performance.

Hello everyone, how about losing to Cats?

Ersan was the weak link last year.

Ellis no jumpers past 15′puts him around 15 attempts per game.

With team this deep, defense could hustle.

My favorite lineup:
Harris
Sanders
Dunleavy
backup guard whatshisname
Ellis
These guys play big defense to me (somehow throw Daniels in there.) All I need is to see better defense at end of game. I hate the feeling of trading baskets, and being lucky when the other team misses.

Otherwise, I love this team. It deserves much optimism when above players finish game.

What was with the playcall at the end of regulation? Why would you go iso with Ellis who was shooting 4-12 at that point? I think they should of run a play to try and get the ball inside and if that didn’t work then try outside with someone other than Ellis.
