Looking back from halfway point. I think, Monta is a sell, because he has been growing interest as a point from many teams. Ersan, buy IF we can somehow get a more consistent 2 guard for Monta. (Again, Aaron Afflalo comes to mind, he is a system 2 guard, and I believe in Skiles system 100%) What to sell on? Sanders at the 4. I believe Henson, should be at the 5 and sanders should be allowed to handle big 4's and the wing very well if you ask me, giving Henson (who is a very good post shot blocker) the 0-14 foot game, as most 4's now are choosing the mid to long range game or are just very athletic. Henson is athletic, but he is not as fast as Larry, his instincts to me are better for a rookie year(Henson). But I believe because of his instincts he could surpass Larry in over all inside defense. My proof, would be Larry's ability to foul every single person going to the rim. You can't be fouling guards that are acrobatic enough to adjust their shot and get an and 1 off your foul. I had faith in Larry since day one. But I knew his limitations, he does have a lot of stupid fouls. He probably always will. He's too aggressive as a shot blocker not to, and as a rebounder. He commits many over the back fouls compared to the average rebounder. Point in all this. Larry, he can defend the wing, he can even defend guards when he wants to. He's so fast so agile, he is our best bet on covering floor spreading 4's in the long run. Henson can handle those guards, he's very smart and won't create a lot of and 1 situations. Henson will bulk up to 245-250 I bet within a few years. Larry will not be as "heavy" as Henson, but he will still have the amazing reach and athletic ability. I think limiting both of these men to 25-30 minutes switching out depending on team/assignment, could be very lethal, progress them both slowly. Retain BJ OR MONTA, either way retain one of the two, both to me at the point would be fine. Find ways to keep Ersan at the 4 as a sixth man type of role, or trade him for talent/high picks.

Sell, sell, sell... at least Jennings and Ellis at this point. They're winning games but it's honestly not that enjoyable to watch. I can't stand watching them brick their way to 20% shooting type games. Just sick and tired of 20 foot shot brick layers in the NBA, they're a dime a dozen. I'll give Jennings a little more time, but after our short lived playoff run I honestly could care less what happens to Ellis, and losing Jennings may not be a bad move for the future.

Brandon Jennings. Buy.. not a surprise because I've been one of his biggest defenders on Bucksketball
Monta Ellis. Sell.. not because of what he is contributing.. but again, like I've said in other posts, I believe he is going to opt out this Summer and leave
Larry!!Larry!! Purchase 1000 shares!! I knew Milwaukee was an Indian name, but I wonder what Shaman that Larry went to see to increase his mojo.. I have been a one of the biggest LS detractors and am so glad to have been wrong
Ersan. Sell.. like most I believed that he played himself into overvalued status and was never gonna live up to it.. he can be a terrific bench performer, but now we have almost $32 million worth of bench players

And I'm buying Drew Gooden.. a one-way ticket out of town

Like how many of Ers' makes don't come off of assists or tip-ins/put-backs? Thats really all the guy does offensively. He doesn't create his own shot much (although at 6'11 he's probably capable) and I think management knew that when they signed him. I think the right situation for him would be playing alongside some really capable scorers and just acting as outlet and garbageman. On a really good team (Lakers?) he might be worth the dough.

I dont have much to justify it this year but Im saying keep Ersan. He can play like he did last year, he started to show it in December. He could be really valuable with some better distributors in the backcourt, and as Larry starts to develop more of an offensive post presence Ers will be really valuable for spreading the floor.
He lacks agressiveness at times but I think his ability to play within his role on the team and out-hustle virtually everyone on the court make him a valuable guy for on court execution and overall morale.
He's a very expensive role player who's offensive contribution is very dependent on the back-court facilitating opportunities for him.
