Doesn't it seem like a no-brainer that at crunch time, we should have 4 guys who can score? At the end of this game, we had dunleavy, ellis, jennings, ers, and Sanders playing. Didn't it seem like Skiles would always have defensive stoppers in at the end and we'd watch our lead trickle away? I like having players who can actually score play. AND, I think Ellis and Jennings really need to be playing with Dunleavy or Illysova at all times, because then you can take advantage of their penetration and kick out to a long-range guy...

The energy difference has been the biggest change since Skiles got fired. A lot of that might have to do with the simple joy of something new, but maybe there's something deeper going on, where Boylan is up front with players about their roles and they can just focus on playing their best within the system as opposed to whether or not they'll have their minutes jerked around as "punishment" for upsetting their coach. The guys are playing like they just removed a forty-pound weight from each of their shoulders, and while I certainly don't expect them to go undefeated for the season's remainder, I do expect them to compete with a great deal more heart on a nightly basis because they're all having fun again.

Maybe that's silly, but last night was a good road win against a good team. An easier atmosphere helps everybody.

I really think Jennings would be a star if he played in like NY or LA. He always seems to thrive off of the big atmospheres as you said. If he was only consistent in the nights the crowd is dead, he would be fine anywhere. Hopefully the coaching change leads to more night-to-night energy for him. Almost like a change of scenery, but still in the Green and Red.

How many times have we seen Jennings dig in and get it done. He really seems to feed off the pressure. Always a good show when he does.

Any word on Ellis injury?

Pistons have 5 days off before our match on Friday. Maybe they all got fat and lazy? Hey, a girl can only hope!

After these last two games I'm re-energized as a fan. Are the players going to be able to maintain this energy? Sure they will!

Go Bucks!
