Remember this team?

I made a joke on Twitter last week after the Milwaukee Bucks finally knocked off the Phoenix Suns in Phoenix:

Since it’s been quite a while since we had some real good times, the good folks at Million Dollar Ballers and I have teamed up for a promotion.

We’re not going to tell you just what that is yet, but be on the lookout next week. It’d be a good idea to go ahead and either like both of us on Facebook or follow the both of us on Twitter too.

Jeremy Schmidt writes the Milwaukee Bucks blog Bucksketball. He founded it in January of 2009 because he hated his job. It’s like basketball, but with Bucks instead of basket. I know ... I’m sorry. He might come off as a bit negative, but I'm really not so bad. He just wants the Bucks to succeed, so he points out areas where they are coming up short. Someone has got to do it and he's ornery and opinionated enough to take on that task. He isn't sure if this should be in third person or not. Contact him at Jeremy@Bucksketball.com if you must use e-mail.

Who’s that number 33? we should definitely keep him.. and not trade him for a bag of bones, thus changing the trajectory of the franchises history.. but I’m no GM

  2. charlie_buckets says:

Who knew that 40 years later not only would #33 have set the all-time record with 38,387 career points, but the guy sitting next to him will have set the announcing record for saying the phrase “Pop-Up Zone” the exact same number of times.
