Oh and on that note, the only reason I don’t like that trade is I forsee Sanders and Henson just guzzling calories over the course of the next 1.5 years to bulk up. Could work out as a 2 year plan to get Henson up to speed, otherwise it might constrict his growth.

I like this much smaller change as well. Problem is we should dump Jennings. He won’t work out, Jordan was stubborn the same way, and said the same shit when he was younger, said it would “ruin his shot.” What happened after he started working out with weights. Awesome defense, better offense. Nate vs Brandon should have taught him that lesson. If he never learns it? I don’t want him on the Bucks.

He could totally beef up a bit, so he could actually get a body into someone. Of course he would have to learn how to shoot free throws then…

Dump Jennings, Ellis, Dalembert, Udoh, and, (if we could Gooden).

Deal with Przybilla being a foul magnet, hopefully we can get 12-15 minutes out of him O.o.

In return, find a legitimate beefy PF, doesn’t need great offense/to split time with Henson/Illy/Sanders/Przy.

Get a real shooter at the 2 (I wish we had Redd on this team. Or Allen…. remember his ‘knees were shot’ so we traded him for “the old glove” ugh… worst trade ever.)

Finally, get a decent PG, any decent PG, there are a ton out there at cheap prices on benches. The whole reason being THEY ARE SHORT LIKE MOST OF US! So you have a much large genetic pool to choose from. Find a smart guy with a good basketball IQ,a decent 3 shot to just run the offense and move the ball. Ability to run the PnR with Sanders a huge plus.

This is all pipe dream of course, but after watching most of the bucks games this year, not having sanders or a big body out there to stop them showed me a lot. If the opportunity presented itself, that’s what I would try to do.

Would prolly take like 5 team trade though >.<

because Perkins hasn’t been producing like he has in years past and he still has 2 years left on his contract. This would save them long term money while still having a viable option in Dalembert

ya but i would rather have jefferson at Center(to grab boards and be a clog in the lane) and Sanders at PF kind of like OKC with Perkins at center and Ibaka at PF. I would in the deal make sure to extend Jefferson so we wouldn’t lose him for nothing this offseason. And i know ellis is a better option but you have to give up something to get something in return. Ellis is probably opting out and foyes contract expires after this season too so we can go out and get someone through the draft like Hardaway Jr. or go after someone like OJ Mayo who will probably be looking for a new deal.

But then the PF/C log jam gets even worse because you have to give Al Jefferson 30-35 minutes a game which means that minutes have to come from Sanders and Henson and they are the players that would benefit the most from further development. And Foye is the same size as Monta but wayyy less athletic and is even worse than Ellis is defensively and is under contract for an additional season. Jefferson is an expiring contract who is just going to bolt so why not just keep the expiring contracts they already have instead of shuffling the deck?

I have no idea what John Hammond is thinking or what he is trying to do but I really hope he doesn’t make a trade just for the sake of making a trade. Bucks need help at the 2/3 but there really aren’t any players other than potentially Paul Pierce for sale at that position right now with the deadline approaching. Like I said I just do not see a viable trade scenario

I dont think he’s having a tantrum, he already did that in the Nate Robinson game. It’s not as if he is not trying out there he’s playing very hard defensively, he’s just consistently inconsistent with his shooting particularly at the rim

Thunder are the best team in the league I highly doubt that they would make any kind of trade to risk breaking up the chemistry that they already have developed from the Harden deal.
